More like smart frickin squirrel. Or scary. I don't think my students could figure out a bird feeder well enough to be that destructive. Of course, they would probably just break it for good measure out of hatefulness and then kill the squirrel.
What the heck, it can't be good for anyone to eat a plastic bird perch can it? That's just not right. Get that squirrel some help.
